ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at sales@dariustwin.com within 5 days of delivery. In your email, please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Please contact your local post office to inquire about lost packages.
