Shipping Policy
All orders placed through Dariustwin are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Most items are made to order and printed or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipping
- International: 10–25 business days after shipping
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Dariustwin is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
Dariustwin is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dariustwin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
